For many people who have problems with sleeping at night, the question most commonly asked is, “What causes insomnia?” One of the biggest causes of insomnia is being over weight which can cause sleep apnea and will not allow the person to get enough sleep at night. The body is being starved for sleep even though the person has no idea that this is happening. The best cure for this type of insomnia is to lose all of the extra weight.
